DeskAngel是一个便携式软件，它是一个桌面管理器，适用于Windows 2000, Windows XP或Windows Vista。很多功能都可以设定到系统托盘上，但有些仅限于ini文件，它直接在软件中。
软件开发者列出了18项功能，16项适用于所有系统，2项特别适用Windows 2000。这里有个列表可以简单了解该软件的功能：
* 在不活动窗内可使用滚动
* 更改窗口透明度
* 卷动窗口
* 使用右键设置大多数窗口状况
* Alt鼠标右键可替代
你可以在readme看到全部的功能列表。最让人有印象的是它消耗内存很少，很多功能都可以设置开启或关闭。
