如果你常常携带笔记本电脑在不同的地方上网的话就会遇到不同的网络，家中、办公室或其他什么地方，Windows并不能保存这些不同网络的profile。不同的网络需要更改一些设置，如何使本机设置更容易地进入其他的网络？也许你可以读读下面的方法。
NetSetMan，一个网络设置管理器，适用于Windows XP, 2000, 2003和Vista，它提供六个不同的网络profile，只需要两个点击就能激活。可单独设置三个部分：IP, DNS Server和Additional。
IP部分定义是否IP地址在profile中自动获得，或是否一个预先定义的IP地址、Subnet Mask和Gateway已经使用。DNS Server也能自动获得，或添加到首选和备用系统中。
Additional是特殊设置，包含一些重要的配置如自定义打印机、网络驱动、电脑名、工作组和DNS Domain，也包含scripts链接 – bat, vbs, js – 都可被执行。
设置都会被分别保存，这样就非常容易将网络设置发送到其他的电脑中。专业版本的网络设置管理器还附有一些额外的功能如：无限制profile、network-domain和代理设置。NetSetMan是一个非常不错的软件，特别适合那些常常需要转换不同网络的用户。
