去年我买了一台东芝笔记本电脑，里面预装了Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium。但我并没有收到零售版的Windows Vista DVD而是一张恢复盘。你也许会问为何这样？让我来告诉你。其实Windows Vista就在这个恢复盘中，它可以用在不同的情况下使用，如分析和解决系统中出现的问题。
恢复盘看上去并没有这些工具。来自Neosmart的技术人员提供下载Windows Vista恢复盘，这可以让一些用户能使用它来恢复系统。下载文件大概有120MB，可在该网站使用变态下载该文件。
该文件是iso image格式，需要烧录到CD上，电脑会随着CD重新启动。你需要在电脑中的bios更改boot顺序，该CD/DVD位于列表中的第一位。目前只支持Windows Vista的32-bit版本。
