Windows Vista中的功能叫Turn Windows Features on or off（打开/关闭Windows功能），它在软件和功能菜单中。这是一个巨大的变化，你也许会注意到打开/关闭这个词，它的确会产生作用。如果你选择一个功能“关闭”的话组件并非卸除，它依然还在硬盘中。
