五个扰人的软件

Download Squad 上有一篇有趣的文章谈论有关五个扰人的软件，他们被称为Elephantwear（大象软件？），非常形象地比喻这些软件让你的电脑如同拖上大象那样缓慢。这五个软件是：Adobe Reader, 苹果公司的iTunes, Real Player, Internet Explorer及Outlook。
我有点惊讶它并没有提及Norton（Symantec）产品，这在我的观念中该产品也应该被列入。该文章也相应提及与此相对应的五个轻量级软件，他们都可以取代那样“大象”软件。
Adobe Reader可以被优化成快速载入，或转换使用比较快的Foxit这样的软件。据我所知，苹果公司的iTunes也可以用别的轻量级软件取代（除了用于iTunes商店外）。Real Player可以用Real Alternative来替代。浏览器方面，更有Opera和Firefox这样优秀的浏览器取代IE浏览器。至于Microsoft的Outlook，如果不计较一些额外的功能如：交换服务、日历，可以用Thunderbird来取代它。
我个人可能会从名单中去掉IE浏览器，添加Norton（Symantec）产品。你如何认为呢？
