在Thunderbird中，如果邮件错误发送给你它可以被转寄给邮件正确的接受者。这样的事常常发生在一些公司里。转寄的邮件通常看上去不像原来的邮件，因为他们总是被贴上邮件头，这看上去很难看而且没有什么必要。
Thunderbird的插件Mail Redirect 可以让邮件直接转发，这可以让接受者直接看到原始邮件，并不附带任何邮件头里的信息。
该扩展会在Thunderbird中添加一个右键选项菜单可以让你转发多个邮件，也可以使用键盘快捷键CTRL + B来转发邮件。
