卸载NBC Direct

NBC Direct是一个NBC提供观看它的电视节目的软件，如果你要在它的网站上看它的节目就必须安装它。在安装NBC Direct前会有另一个东西Open Case Media Agent安装在电脑系统中，它是管理调度节目内容。
为了写有关的文章我安装了NBC Direct，但在运转过程中出现一些问题，所以我想卸载它。可以它并不容易让你卸载，在自动卸载时它冻结在一半过程中，只能用取消或终止键暂时中止它。并没有任何提示或说明为何会出现这个问题。
我的感觉是可能是有什么东西与Open Case Media Agent相关连，于是我决定中止它的服务。在中止Open Case Media Agent服务后我再次试着卸载NBC Direct，结果是完全可以卸载。
要卸载NBC Direct我的经验是：
* 先卸载Open Case Media Agent，它总是在后台运转。
* 然后再卸载NBC Direct，它可以完全进行，没有任何问题。
