用System Restore检查系统

最近我去看了一个朋友，他的电脑存在一个很大的问题，电脑的主硬盘快速塞满了数据，尽管硬盘上只装了操作系统和一些软件，用System Restore显示它占用了12GB的空间。

System Restore也许是一个不错的方法给于用户选择如果什么地方有错误的话可以完全返回原系统。你可以检查你的System Restore设置，打开“开始”、点击“控制主板”，选“系统”中的“System Restore”。

System Restore能中止所有硬盘，运转部分硬盘或全部。如果它是运转的话设置按钮会显示最大空间的信息，这占整个硬盘空间的12%。

你可以用Windows Explorer来发现System Restore所占的空间，右键点击System Volume Information文件夹，在菜单中选Properties。

如果你觉得储存的文件太大的话你可以在System Restore菜单中减少占用空间。或者你可以大胆地用System Restore运转所有硬盘。从一开始我就将它全部关闭并没有任何问题。

要摆脱所有System Restore的数据也非常容易。关闭System Restore，然后重新打开。这能够清除目前硬盘中所有系统数据。
